I saw Sun Araw at the Frisco Freakout a couple of months back, and despite the Sun Ra ambiguation, and some silly technical difficulties (backing tapes and loop stations gonna awry), they were one of the more interesting bands I've heard in a while. For what seems like more of a side-project (see Magic Lantern) this dude's pretty damn prolific, and besides, anyone who can pull off dub renditions of 'Zuma' era Neil Young is righteous in my book.

A few years ago a couple of childhood friends decided to start a "company" with aspirations of making the big bucks (I'm talking hundreds!) Once that idea proved to be a pipe-dream, they gave up and decided to create art instead.
We like to make things: music, photos, websites, stories, mixtapes, friends... you name it!
